I watch the game last night on fox and i did see Hayne,s drop the bloody elbow on Ellis
Sheens was right…..

Haynes is on the endangered species list….you can't touch him.

1\. Tim MOLTZEN
2\. Rhys PRITCHARD
3\. Dean COLLIS (Assuming AYSHFORD is out with injury)
4\. Chris LAWRENCE
5\. Rhys HANBURY
6\. Benji MARSHALL
7\. Robert LUI
8\. Todd PAYTEN
9\. Robbie FARAH
10\. Keith GALLOWAY
11\. Gareth ELLIS
12\. Danny GALEA
13\. Chris HEIGHINGTON

Interchange
14\. John MORRIS
15\. Daine LAURIE
16\. Corey PAYNE
17\. John SKANDALIS

Take a squad of 21 up.

At least that seems prudent considering all the concerns in regard to injury

I have been busting a gut trying to find out the final 17 but have not had any luck.

Looks like the Fonz is genuinely keeping everyone guessing and has enforced a bit of confidentiality this time around. (Which is a good thing I guess)

I tried to do some State Cup sniffing around too but there are no real indicators there either at this stage.

Hanbury is a coat. Just thought I'd offer a differing opinion. He has minimal skills - will not make any mistakes, but an otherwise underwhelming and ordinary footballer.

You obviously haven't seen enough of him to make that judgement…

What a nonsense comment - you are entitled to your opinion, leave it at that.

I have seen every minute of first grade Hanbury has played and enjoyed about 30 of them during one game against Penrith. Everything else was mediocre or worse. I have much much preferred the fielded backlines that excluded him.

Well my worst fears were realised this morning when I turned to the main game section in the Telecrap.

Danny Galea will start in the front row alongside Galloway with the bench now consisting of:

Morris
Payne
Skandalis
Halatau

Rhys Pritchard is listed as 18th man. No mention of Laurie or anyone else travelling with the side.

Hmmm. Its good to see the Fonz wants to sign more wingers for 2010 !!

Poor Danny. We remember what happened last time he was used in the front row.

Real shame is for Schirnack if this is true though. Hell Gower has been playing prop for months

Oh well BRET should have a gun side still to face Wentworthville

Mailman told me A.Fifita might get a run if another forward scratches.

ROFL. We are a dead set unadulterated joke of a club if that happens. He is big and a strong runner but lets be serious he goes missing in under 20's through fatigue. God knows what would happen in the NRL

Late Mail from the SMH:

Wests Tigers' tumultuous week has continued with Chris Heighington (knee) and Blake Ayshford (infected foot) unable to train before tomorrow's clash with Gold Coast. Dene Halatau will join the 17-man squad for suspended prop Bryce Gibbs, with coach Tim Sheens undecided about who will move into the front row.

Rhys Pritchard will travel on standby for Ayshford. If Heighington is ruled out, the club will likely have to pinch a player from the under-20s squad.

Titans lock Ashley Harrison will have his first contact session today after a knee injury. Coach John Cartwright is still to decide who will replace him if he misses the match.

Exactly. This isn't the game to be blooding an U'20s prop, give him and his brother a full off-season with the top squad and look at giving them a run off the bench next season.

I reckon Laurie will be the late inclusion if Heighno pulls out.

Don't be too hasty to the reject the idea…..Skando, Sauce and Payto will have to play big minutes but a pumped up youngster may just be worth a shot...

Smeg...I know your loathing of the U 20's, mostly justified,.... but as far as Andrew going missing at that level....can't say I've seen him go missing that often but I do know they struggle when he's interchanged...last weeks game against Parra was a prime example...Jones had Woods and Fafita on the bench they conceeded 22 points....Fafita goes back on we score 22.....

If Andrew Fafita does get a start.....He'll be busting his gut that's for sure....
