If Farah does play on Friday I very much doubt that he will last the full 80 minutes.

Good thing is Newtown,we have Cherrington on the bench and I reckon hes a cracker, has done the job so far with limited time on the field…he will get more playing time in the future I think...

Rest Farah and Woods

Farah yes ….Woods why...?

think woods' played every possible game (excl finals) all of last year and this year- kangaroos, origin and has hardly ever missed a game for us. he's still young and considering his workload, i hope he doesn't burn out- however, he's proved us wrong every single time lol

So I take it Cherrington drops off if Farah is fit? Wonder who Buchanan is coverage for?

Ideal scenario is that Farah doesn't back up from Origin, and Cherrington gets more minutes. He looked sharp last week and should definitely cement a spot on the bench to give the team a bit of spark when Farah comes off rather than just running in a holding pattern until Farah/Woods/Galloway/Taupau get brought back on.

I'm led to believe that if Farah does back up (unlikely), Cherrington will hold his place on the bench still.

ALthough not eye catching, we are a better side with Santi coming off the bench and defending in the middle when out starters come off.
He works hard at Shutting the space and wins alot of tackles, stops the steamroll through the middle.

Who makes way for Halatau? A bit light on then 😕

He had a great game last night in SOO2

He has the odd niggle and a rest may do him the world of good. We need to look after what is shaping as our teams greatest Asset and next Captain.

On the other hand I would love to see Manly smashed, There is a smarty pants Manly supporter 9 year old in my Sunday school class that I need to Tease. Super mature Spartan….

Farah struggled for the whole 80 minutes last night, he would be mad to back up on Friday night and I think Halatau and Cherrington with fresh legs is a better option than Farah who is looking a bit like a broken down tractor at present. Dont get me wrong Farah is still a great footballer but he needs some time to get over his present injury and of course remember what Taylor said, "no player will play who is not 100% fit"

Sometimes it's easier to back up straight away, say Wed to Fri, than having more days off, according to some players.

That is if the player is not carrying an injury and has had pain killing injections on the Friday.

Well I don't care who plays and who doesn't,I think the team can play well without Robbie and their attitude was awesome on Friday night….

WESTS Tigers are showing $2.85 head to head at the moment and I will have some of that....

Can someone please explain to me why Jack Buchanan keeps getting a spot on the Tigers bench or extended bench. I have watched him on numerous occasions and each time he appears ponderous and out of his depth. He is slow, shows little or no ball skill and doesn't bend the line. Surely we would be better to blood a younger, faster and, ultimately more effective, player from the lower grades. We have to avoid rewarding mediocrity. It's bad enough starting with Galloway, who is similarly ineffective and clearly over the hill. I don't mean to seem negative as I'm sure Buchanan's a nice guy, but the team needs more energy, not less…..
