WESTS Tigers Team V St George

I agree, Lovett has shown time and time again he is not FG standard. He needs to be banished to ISP for all eternity. Makes me so angry every time I see this plodder's name on the team sheet.

Not sure how to feel about this side. :sign: 😕

Maybe Ivan is giving those guys a good chance to prove they are worth a contract next year and using this season as one great big trial?

As long as we don't get the spoon, do your best Ivan (not that i will blame Ivan if we do).

Agree ….. I think he is setting them some homework and assessing how they implement his instructions.
He will give them couple of chances and then ... move on!

I think this might be a last chance for a couple players this weekend, I bet Ivan sent a rocket up at the camp.

I would have liked to see Eisenhuth get a run. I think you might see Masters this weekend given the comments in the Q&A

We had a bunch of career reserve graders.

Josh Davis, Bullock, few others…
Wes Lolo.

Need to make Lovett one of these types.

I thought I read somewhere that Edwards is out. Some suggestion MCK is his replacement but that could be speculative.

Marsters didn't play ISP last night. I think you know what that means… :righton:

None of the top 19 played last night. So, Im not sure that Marsters missing from ISP means much.

Like others my preference would be MCK and Marsters for Lovett and Edwards. Not necessarily because it will place us in a better position against the Dragons but because MCK and Marsters have bigger upsides IMO and need to learn their trade in the main grade.

I don't mind Lovett because he does make those tackles whereas Edwards has the habit of either falling off tackles or attempting a big hit close to our line when all that is needed is a completed tackle.
