WESTS Tigers Team V St George

My god thats a bog average side cant wait till next year. Anyway, rip in and have a crack. Saints might have an off day.

It's our only hope, although I reckon the Dragons pack will really like their chances of rolling us through the middle, and so they should. We really need to defend well in numbers to be any chance.

How come no one is bagging Ivan for team selections yet? This is the same kind of side people have been whinging about for 2 years.

As soon as he tries justifying his selections the criticism will come. At the moment it looks like he is testing the fringe players to make decisions on their futures. Id expect a big section of this squad will not figure into first grade plans soon.

I bagged him , read my post, nothing is ever going to change in this club, maybe Lovett brings some line sponsorship to the club

Lots of people bagging the team. But offering no solutions to improve it. In my opinion, there will not be many changes whilst we have a chance to make the eight. If we lose that chance, then we will see.

We can't win a game with that side. On my count there are 10 reserve graders, two players who don't want to be there and a sprinkling of average first graders.

So in case we score a try, who's kicking goals? Maybe Tedesco? The media post about possible debutants is promising, wouldn't be surprised to see 18 and 19 in the team ahead of kickoff.

Here are our options:
Tedesco, Suli, Lolohea, Rankin (if he plays)

IMO I would go with Rankin and then Lolohea.

The other 2 haven't had much experience goal-kicking recently and could be at risk of an injury.

You have to score tries before you worry about conversions, this side will get done by more than 36-0

I'd put Rankin in ahead of JLJ, deserves another shot in the halves. Can't imagine him being worse and at least he's had some goal kicking experience. Didn't know Tui was a goal kicker either.. Would be handy if so.

Those saying Lovett was ok last week must of missed the ineffective tackles and his cowering runs.

As I said in a post after the game - they have credited him with 60+ metres.

Obviously counted him running on at the start of the game, off at the end and on/off at half time. His attack is pathetic and that is giving him a wrap.

Does quite a few tackles, most are meaningless and I think the force he exerts would be more hurtful getting tackled by a four year old girl.

The sooner we let this joker go the better, should have been chopped ages ago.

Come on ivan give the youngsters a chance. How lovett and edwards keep getting picked is insane. Marsters deserve a shot, should happen sooner rather then later.

how on earth did Aaron woods get picked over Paul Vaughn?

well, NSW have figured Qld keep picking the same players despite being out of form and they get the job done at SOO..

The fools are dead set stupid, QLD play for each other.. NSW DONT .. thats the reason we keep losing

And it goes to show how dumb they are by not picking one of the most inform forwards in Vaughan..

God help them !!

Agreed

Well, sadly, If you watched the last few Games, Vaughan has been slow as a wet week.
Grade B+ plod work.
Origin is too fast for a player like him, would have preferred Jpaulo who is a bit more mobile.

He is just not up to it…..blind Freddy can see that, how many more games of evidence do we need? Why are we the old team that cover small, immobile, weak and untalented backrowers?
