No it was stopped due to bad tipping! What a great time to have my worst round of the season! :brick: Now that bloody skite TT is back in front of me again :angry:

Don't despair Flip. There are still 9 games to go and a perfect round to be had next week. Anything can happen from here.

I've put the binoculars down TT. I've stopped standing at the top of the lighthouse looking for you. Satellite images showed nothing. I thought you were gone TT. Suddenly in the last two weeks you have come out of nowhere! Huge credit to your recent tipping. :master:

But I am reminded of the pact that we made at the get together a few weeks back. Once you got ahead of Flip, no further advances up the ladder would be made.

Some interesting starts for this round. Thought the Warriors would get 20+ against Bulldogs. Was looking for about 6.5 for Tigers. Titans have a tricky start against Cowboys given their good recent form.

I reckon we should run a market this week on who will take this whole thing out. Everyone place their bets and see who comes up trumps - may as well try to tip something else :mrgreen:

For my part, I would like to see Daffy win. I think he deserves it most, as he has been at the top the whole time and has successfully fought off all challengers when they have arisen - firstly Knuckles, then Wagga, then FT, then TT, then me :frowning:, then Shaggy and now 851 is right there to challenge him. Will Daffy fight him off as well and finally win the crown? Or will 851, the man who actually missed a whole round of tipping get some justice for missing that round and pip him at the post in a photo finish? Or will one of the others come through and knock them both off? Hmmm the plot thickens. Well, whilst my heart is definitely still with Daffy, my money will be on 851 to win it - sorry Daf :mrgreen:

As for the ongoing egg and spoon race between Geo and Happy - well I reckon Happy might take it out with the last game of the season :wink:

How cute,you guys well wishing each other and getting all sentimental :bawling …TT has just changed his name from "the iceman"..to "the crusher".... :righton:this will be his final and most deserving stamp on this comp....it's every man for himself to reach the pinnacle ...

Flip,I love this banter thread,we all have a crack at each other all in fun…it makes the world go around puts smiles on people's faces....I really wish you could have been with us at the get together you would really love the Daffy,he is a great fella..ink is pretty cool as well and you would thoroughly enjoy his company,the other guys were pretty nice as well...maybe next time you can be there if I organise another one....
