If you watch the 1st episode of the Fox show, Madge is in the box yelling MOVE UP or GET UP on numerous occasions. I can't believe he coaches them to have no line speed and to stand there and watch in their own 20.

And yet he does not drop the blokes who fail to move up....

Ultimately, he has had 2.75 years to get it right. I yell 'move up' also when I watch. Does that mean I should be the coach?

It his job not just to yell it out, but actually get them to do it...
