We've got to hold on to Fitzgibbon. He's going to have a big future. He's a bit raw at the moment but he'll definitely improve.

If he is struggling at this level I wouldn't be so sure of him cracking it at NRL level ...massive step up

He reminds me of when we first signed JAC. Had obvious pace but a lot to work on. I see similarities in Fitzgibbon.
