What areas need to improve for 2015?

We finally have a gutsy foward pack that we've been lacking for so long.
Loving it.

Obviously a big concern is the injuries, can't help it but hopfully the injury gods are good to us next year and we have minimal injuries and keep all our weapons on the field for as many games as possible.

Lawrence to be replaced with a more threatening centre because he's our weak link in the backline at the moment

Thoughts?

A little more speed out wide would be good. I'm okay with Lawrence being there though assuming Simona always plays on the left side.

I think the real problem is where to play Austin, Moses and Tedesco. I think Austin has to go to right centre or lock.

Everything needs to improve….but; clearly we need to perform better without Farah through origin time. A decent backup hooker or a more effective contingency plan (maybe this is when austin moves to hooker and moses plays 6) that can better handle in the absence of our star hooker.

Second would be some more depth in the outside three-quarters.

At full strength it's a good side that is still developing . No one deserves to get dropped after last weeks effort, hopefully in 2015 we see more of that. When Farah and Woods are out we struggle to roll downfield.
The challenge in years to come will be holding onto the players that we have developed into solid NRL first graders. We need to try an avoid what Manly are going through.
Rather than thrown every cent at a rep player, maybe we should front load some contracts. So in four years time when Teddy, Brooks, Siro, Moses, Sue, Simona, Nofoaluma, Woods contracts all come up, we can afford to retain them.
Make it public that we are doing this now. So that other clubs and NRL salary cap auditors stay away.

I got the impression that the cap space from Benji's departure was to a certain extent being used as a form of "front load", as upgrades for this season to keep our promising youngsters when extending their contracts last year

It has been fairly ordinary this year. Look at some of the big scores that have been run up on us this year.

Nothing is going to change until the board, administration and the player group in general pull the same way. The situation with injuries and the time for recovery has to be addressed ,until a coach has been settled on there is no use talking player position etc ,

The club needs a top to bottom review right now! Find the rat/s leaking information to the media, expose them, and dump them regardless of who they are so this club can move forward without constant destabilisation. Until that happens we're wasting our time discussing the rest.
