What chance of any City players

We won't have any Aussie players, so is their a chance the W.T. will have about 5 players in City & Moltz in Country?

Moltz is no chance,definite's would be Woods,Galloway & Farah with possibly Lawrence but I'd be surprised if he gets picked.Hopefully none of them get injured.

Lawerence, Galloway, Woods and Farah will play for the city side. Woods would make any team over Fifita any day of the week. Liam Fulton may be a chance for city as well.

Lawrence and Farah should get there on what they have done in the past. The only thing that might restrict Farah is if they decide to make Ennis or Buderus a "City" boy, which they can probably do. Woods will go close as well, and Galloway might too. But I get the feeling Galloway might have that "never again" tag on him now.

Ryan.. Lets not push it. Uate, Morris, Gordon, Ferguson… Completely different class.

Lawrence , Farrah and Galloway are certains for City if they don't play for Australia (remember 2 are current test players) and woods will also get a city jersey -bunji and Blair will play for nz.

As for the rest Moltzen no chance, Ryan not at that level, reddy is a better chance then ayshford but injury curtailed that ,

Fulton is the only real chance depending on who else is a available

Getting selected in City v Country isn't the honour it used to be. Most of the best players are from QLD these days, whether its backs, forwards or halves.

Also, it used to be used more as an origin selection process for NSW. Nowadays they have the team selected down to the last 3 or 4 players before City v Country even takes place. That usually means that players selected for the Blues generally wont play City - Country.

Depending on whether they chose players they expect to be in NSW or not, potential candidates are:

Farah
Galloway
Woods
Lawrence
Fulton

Of the 3, Woods is the up-and-comer, Galloway hasn't played much and Farah and Lawrence could get the nod due to reputation.

No other tiger should be considered, though I wouldn't be disgusted if they found a place for B Ryan. I'd be surprised, but not disgusted. I'm the first to agree that Fulton isnt high impact, but gee he's been underrated by some this year. He's put in a tremendous amount of effort in defence and stood up when needed. He has been good this year and we aren't 1-6 due to him.
