What to do with Moses?

Make him the team Laundry manager.

Although, now that Isaac Moses has complained to the RLPA on his behalf that his treatment by the tigers is a welfare issue. Maybe we should give him a box of tissue and make him sit on the sideline all year.

i just read that so by making a player play out his contract that is treating him bad. I have now heard everything it just makes me so mad.

Can u post article

Unless WT get adequate compensation from the eels, make him sit out the remainder of his contract as a non selected player

Article is in telegraph written by rothfield so who knows if true or not. But anything is possible with that manager. Sorry not sure how to post it.

It is the funniest article ever. Isaac Moses essentially sent an email to tigers management suggesting that there was a player welfare issue with Mitch due to coach suggesting he would get a release and then not following through.

Isaac cc'd in the nrl and rlpa to complain.

It is the funniest situation ever to occur in nrl by far. The hides of Moses. So much Gaul and self entitlement. I would put him in jersey 21 as others had said, or lost him on the injured roster. I'd label it as mental health injury and be clear that he is too much of a crack pot to be on the team, can stick to tinder and playing Fifa with the minichellos for the rest of the year.

THE manager of Wests Tigers five-eighth Mitchell Moses has complained to the NRL and the Players Association about his treatment at the Wests Tigers and overall welfare.

Moses was not supposed to play for the Wests Tigers against South Sydney on Friday night, which probably explains why he had such an embarrassing shocker. He missed seven tackles and didn’t run the football once.

At training last weekend, coach Ivan Cleary told him: “This will be your last session.”

That he would be free to join the Parramatta Eels.

Moses rang his manager Isaac Moses to tell him what was said but a few days later still nothing had happened.

So Isaac Moses, his manager, fired off an email to the Wests Tigers and copied in the Players Association and the NRL. It had, according to the player agent, become a welfare issue. The kid was mess. He didn’t know if he was coming or going.

We tried to speak to Cleary about this situation. He wouldn’t speak on the phone but exchanged a few texts.

Buzz: I need to speak to you about Mitchell Moses please.
Cleary: Sorry mate but no comment.

Buzz: Did you tell him last Saturday it was his last training session?
There was no reply.

Cleary, for all his results at the Panthers and Warriors, is not renowned for dealing with delicate issues and dramas.

At least at Penrith he had Gus Gould to step in and help. At the Wests Tigers there is no one.

Players’ union boss Ian Prendergast said he would speak with the Wests Tigers’ management this week to try to resolve the problems.

Reserve grade until Parra cease their greed and provide proper compensation
Or
Reserve grade until 2017 completes.

He is done in first grade at this club.

This.

Haha sideline him for the year. If Teddy decides to start phoning it in he can join him.

No training, nutrition, nothing. Send them off totally underdone.

That article is gold!

It's a welfare issue because he can't get the release he is begging for? This kid has acted like a brat since his ego was bruised when he wasn't number 1 priority anymore. The club should pay for counselling for the kid and sit him out until he gets his head straight on July 1st then he can decide if he is man enough to do a Tallis and sit out the rest of the year.

Buzz using text messages to get his word count up shows what a hack he is.

I'd love to see that email. Do you just cc <complaints@nrl.com>and <helpdesk@rlpa.com.au>?

"Sorry mate I get 300 emails a day, if you want to talk to someone about something important, pick up the phone. Better yet make an appointment and come talk to us".</helpdesk@rlpa.com.au></complaints@nrl.com>

if it's a player welfare issue, we should support him with all that he needs and look out for his mental health. to me it obviously sounds like crap, but we can't make tigers look like bad guys in this when we haven't made a mistake. we should declare him mentally unfit if he feels this way- rule him out for the rest of the season until a psychologist (club appointed) declares him fit.

go by the book, keep it as less personal as possibe.

Nah there's nothing personal about declaring someone mentally unfit so you don't have to release them.

as i said, IF he feels the way as it's been reported. Not trying to be vindictive towards him in what i said, i genuinely mean it.

I don't care what they do with him as long as he's not playing in the top grade anymore. I just can't understand a bloke dogging it in a team sport.

Well when he came out of the inner sheds to the main area on Friday night (had a ultimate fan experience thing thanks to the club) all smiles and laughs while his team mates all seemed serious and dissapointed I would have taken him out the back and beaten him to a pulp. Now I just want him to bugger off.

On a side note - Ava Seumnufagai is a wonderful person and was the classiest and best of the playing group just an outstanding young man and will be a big loss to a clubs culture

The whole thing shows what a scumbag Rothfield is. Player sulks because he's not getting a release and puts in a no effort performance, and this tool takes the PLAYER'S SIDE? I imagine if the same situation was unfolding with Jack Bird…
