Doubt he’s the one.
Has to be some one who is experienced, respected and capable of driving the team forward. When you look at it like that it’s a small field.

Initial thoughts, happy with the draw
* Only play 4 top 8 sides and 1 top 4 twice (NQ, Mel, Souths, Can)
* Storm without Origin players
* Play 2 top 8 sides in first 8 weeks
End of the day it's how bad tigers want it, friendly draw won’t mean shit if we dish up what we did this season.

You are axing our second best player from 2022 (Ken).
Talau is not a good centre, he has poor hands and bad defensive reads.
Brooks and Doueihi are not dynamic enough as a halves combination and have failed for years.
Bateman at lock is a mistake, he is not busy enough and is too small for the middle.
Offa is our best player over the past year at least. If Joe is to come off the bench, he should play big minutes.
Ngatikaura has done nothing to deserve his promotion.
Not ragging on your side and to be honest it is pretty close to what we see run out. Thats my problem with it.
