All I read is no player in the NRL worth anything.. No player agent.. No decent assistant coaches …no one of any statue will come to the Weststigers while Taylor is the head coach .Now can anyone that has posted any of the above PLEASE verify who and where they have heard this .It is becoming increasingly difficult to believe any of this .It may well be true but verification would be a start,the vitriol against Taylor is becoming ridiculous I know what I see and do hear a few things from time to time but never heard any of the above. I believe it is more about Taylor finally calling out the favourite son and putting him in his place .

Report coming out fro NRLPA in the next few weeks is apparently damning on Taylor.
New CEO will have no choice but to act. This is a forum not a court room everything here is rumours and inside info from people that don't put their name to it. It has been reported by SMH and DT so this report will be coming

I disagree with you. Improvements should be witnessed within the Squad if they believe in his methods.

I'm not saying Top 8 is a must with this Squad ? i don't think we are , but 10th to 13th should be achievable IMO at the very least.

And what if he gets 14th and we lost Tedesco ,Woods ,Brooks and Moses Round 1 for the season

We can all be judges at the end of 2016 one way or the other

We are still a bottom 4 side talent wise and nothing can mask that

Trying to make excuses for why NRL talent hasn't been remotely interested in coming to the WT's has to be a concern

Injuries may determine our fate based on our depth. Hard to criticise any coach when you have a horrific injury toll like we had for a couple of years and Penrith or Titans had this year. Unfortunately luck can play a big part in our game down to a simple innocuous tackle that can end a players season.

But to answer your question, I think JT was brought in as a henchman (whether he knows it or not), and as soon as the job is done he will be removed unless he achieves what is perceived as "satisfactory" in 2016.

On the OP, my opinions won't be if we do or don't make the eight.... How we play... How we carry ourselves as a club... The attitude we display or lack of it onfield... How we react to adversity (players coach and board)... These things are what's important to me... Most of these need a major improvement on this year.

We can be average and scrape into the eight or we can play proudly and very well but unluckily just miss... Who knows?

If you read the article it smacks of a beat up by Ayoub and Rothfield. The barrister, who supposedly has no connections with rugby league, did an " independent " report stated " “All I can say is you’ve got to wonder who this Jason Taylor is.” and “Robbie has been a trooper for the club for many years,” So she has no connection with league, doesn't know who Taylor is but can state Robbie has been a trooper for the club for many years. Give me a break.

theres plenty of things that The new board and Coach have done since they have arrived, that have no connection to previous management.
Those have been well documented over and over through the forum, from Taylors inept coaching and excuses, to the club releasing players early , for no real advantage to the team. And buying a 31 yr old hooker who is not better than three (including halatau) that we already have.
I have never said that the board is responsible for the past state of the club.
This club just lurches from one debacle to another. Nothing's really changed.

It doesnt matter who i am. Thats not important. Im sure we can all agree on this moot point.
I have temporarily left the Wests Tigers organization due to business commitments.
In answer to the thread - the writing was on the wall when JT was hired. In fact if you look back at the history on this forum i started a thread on JT when there was a rumour he was going to be our coach - my thoughts were known then.
Who can forget the SCG debacle in 1997 and our current coach. It was soon after that i relinquished anything to do with JT.
And to answer you Insane Ink - you better believe one day we WILL be a Broncos and Roosters. Rest assured.
I will not comment on Robbie Farah for personal reasons nor will I comment on Marty Tapau - good luck to both of them.

The biggest problem I see, is how to manage all the different personalities.
Put ego's aside, all have a common goal, and focus on achieving this.
Sometimes you need to compromise for the benefit of success.
Whether this comes from the coaching staff, the playing group, or the board.

Until this happens, wests tigers will be like a push bike with flat tyres, and a rusty chain that has frozen links, trying to go ride uphill.
