When will sheens realise Farah has to go!!!

My only issue with Farah ( and this is more something Sheens needs to sort out ) is we need one person to control the ship so to speak
With both Benji and Robbie I think we need someone to calm them down a bit and is why I think that Sheens needs to speak to Farah and let either Benji or the fulltime halfback for the future to make the calls

Right - I dont know how i got sucked into this thread. Must be a guy over at the DT fishing for a story so he's trying to start a thread to gee us all up.

Yes Farah is not having his best season ever, maybe not even his best 3 games so far this year, but he's getting through a lot of work, trying his guts out and getting better by the game. He's still in the top 3 or 4 hookers in the game. Top 2 when on song.

Another thing that always gets to me is when people say we should swap player x for player y because they're on the same amount of money but player y is better. I have no doubt that anyone with half a brain could put together a team better than any playing roster in the NRL if selecting players from scratch and with first choice of each player like in the fantasy league, but as usual, that's an unrealistic and over-simplified view. These guys aren't all just sitting around waiting for wests tigers contracts. There are timing considerations, stage of the player's career, competition for positions, personal considerations of the player, team environment, premiership prospects, mates at the team etc.

Wow…..the loonies are everywhere.

Bagging Farah,what a joke.

Funnily enough I thought he was close to his probing best last week, and was let down by the lack of support play.

He was probing around the ruck, made half breaks but no one was near which is boo.

Anyone who thinks we are better off without Farah has rocks in their head.....really.

All the haters wait and see after this week how much we miss him atleast with the 2 weeks off he can sort out his massive broken hooter refresh and be back to his dominant best

I think Robbie Farah was better than tigers legend Ben Elias but he has been a drain on the team for the last two years and his attitude has been negative and detrimental to the team. We haven't had a plan to have someone come through the grades to replace him and we are paying for it now. They can deny it all they want but Farah has issues with the coach and key players and the sooner we get rid of him the better.

Balmainbrett2041 you have no idea. Go and crawl back under your rock.

I thought you had to endure season after season of mediocrity to become cynical and a knee jerk reactionist….weve had two pretty good season just gone, yet a poor 3 weeks start to this year but its like all these doomsayers have appeared outta the blue without even having served a bloody apprenticeship......come back when youve been through 3 or 4 seasons of John Morris you bandwaggoners!!!

Robbie is an integral part of this team… Like him or not, you will see this week how much Robbie does every game. Being one of our Elite players sometimes brings higher expectations, but what Robbie is currently doing on the paddock is on par with doing his job.

We can't expect these guys to wear capes every week and as we work through some challenges, I'm glad Robbie is simply doing his job. Once the majority of the team get up to speed in 2012, look for guys like Robbie Farah to stand tall!

be back to his dominant best

I think this thread is a little over the top but when was the last time he was at his dominant best. I'm thinking like 07 or something. He was a great player when Buderus was still playing and had a mortgage on the NSW hooker spot.

For some reason he hasn't been at that level since.

He rarely makes a bust, his service is inconsistent, his defence is pretty good but he misses some tackles and his key plays all too often stuff us up.

He was a great player, for a while he has been a good player but he isn't in the top level of players from what I can see.

Sack Robbie? What are you talking about? He is running third in the Forum Player of the Year from last week's game, why would you sack someone who was our third best player a week ago?

And, by the way, could someone tell me, in say 30 words or less, what is so good about Cameron Smith???

Thats Easy - "he is a Queenslander… All the best players come from Queensland!"

Farrah is a champion.
Wouldn't trade him for another hooker.

The reason Cameron smith is so good. Great kicker, makes plenty of tackles, and has players to support him when he makes a break or set play, billy slater copper cronk, if we still had Tedesco, I know we would have more line breaks and this thread wouldn't have been started

If i had to choose, i would chose Robbie over Sheens evey day of the week. Blind freddy can see that Sheens making promises that he can't keep and letting other players have to much of a say which is being detrimetal to our team. We would still have Brown(who was promised first crack at full back) and Farah would feel like he matters and Miller wouldnt be going to the dragons. Some people are thoughtless Farah deserves more respect and in my books a club legend, if they wan't to have a crack have a crack at Sheens as Robbie is just following his game plans.

It's unbelievable isn't it. The bloke played injured most of last year, played 2 games out of 3 this year with a badly broken snoz and all of a sudden we are better off without him??? Fair dinkum there are some absolute nutters on this forum. Sometimes i wonder if some of them know anything about footy. They must think the coach just goes out to the first grade tree at the back of Concord Oval and just picks another player off it.

Stupidest thread of the year so far…congratulations!

Robbie is integral to our sucess. He was one of, if not our best against the Dragons. He played with a smashed nose that was targeted and rebroken against Manly. He played the past two seasons injured. He is as tough as nails.

The more that I read crap like this, the more that I think this board has been attacked by non wests tigers fans who are here to troll and stir us up. There seems to be a lot of new people joined this year who have said nothing but negative rubbish that bags out the club and players.

I think there are some Dragons fans amongst us.......
