Reminds me of a dude who created a thread on another forum along lhe lines of the Wooden Spoon is heading to Cambo in 2005...

The poll has positive options to choose from Geo

And I haven't suggested in this poll we will win the wooden spoon

But if I wasn't a WT's supporter I reckon I would have the WT's in the bottom 4

I just can't understand why people get annoyed when you suggest we aren't going to be a Top 8 candidate

You can rub my face in the faeces if I'm wrong at the end of 2015 if you like

it's annoying because it is a defeatist attitude…if that's the mindset of the majority of fans before a ball is kicked we truly accept mediocrity....I mean look ar your title thread...you can put final GF as options but you don't really expect it...

Lets hope the coaching staff and players don't have the same mindset...

IMO We're going to be inconsistent we will have our ups and we will have our downs.
We going to surprise people and we will be predictable.
We will be cheering one day and crying the next.

Happy , your negative thoughts over the last couple of months are warranted IMO .
Our young guns have been thrown into the lions cage and our senior players have shown piss poor leadership of late .
Although I'm not happy about the appointment of JT , i believe we're about to turn the corner and I'm quietly optimistic .
It's a new season and who knows what the future holds ?

I don`t seem to be able to vote, but I`m tipping we sneak into the semi`s on the back of a late run of wins and bow out in the second round of the semi`s, due to an incorrect refereeing decision.
This is based on not getting clobbered by injuries again.

That`s optimism tempered by pessimism!

Well forumers,I won't say where we will end up in 2015…..

I just want the new changes right through the club,from admin to players to take us in a positive direction and stable environment..

Once this is established we can see where we are at and if the changes have been of benefit to WTs...

I will say that overall we may be surprised at how well things are going and we could even have a good balance within the team..

I'm with the general consensus that we have time on our side and a young team who will develop. My bet is around the 7-10 this year and with a bit of luck on the injury front we should sneak into the 8 and play finals footy. Lots of positives ahead. Love the fact that we have cleaned out a few ordinary performers and put faith in our younger players. Like snapper says "cheering one day and crying the next", but as loyal tigers we can handle that for long term progress. Bring it on…..........

Its interesting to note that most probably every other team that finished at the bottom last yr (Raiders, Sharks, Dragons), they're supporters would probably be feeling optimistic about their chances this yr, but would we as non-supporters give them a chance? Probably not. Just like they probably wouldn't give us a chance. Teams like us and the ones I mentioned, won't get much support from anyone who aren't supporters.

As I said earlier I hope I have it totally wrong , but I won't sit here and try and BS everyone and say something I don't believe

It is a thread and everyone can have their own opinion , if you don't like the thread don't read it :crazy

You can prove Happy wrong and say they will make the Top 8 and I will be as happy as a pig in poo that we have made it to September :sign:

Much like tabloid rags use sensationalist stuff for headlines, I doubt this thread wouldve take the turn it has if it had been titled:

Poll:- Where will we finish on the ladder and options such as

top eight - weeks 1, 2 3 4 of semis?
9th
10th
etc

FTR I dont think we'll make the eight, but I know how often Im wrong so that will also get me thru
