He migh be OK as am assistant coach, but as a head coach, he makes a good water runner. He has no idea of how to handle a group of playersand and even as a player( which he was actually good at), His ego and arrogance was a problem.

To be fair to Farah, let's remember what happened last time he had a negative opinion of a coach. I can't blame him for keeping his opinions to himself this time around.

Actually agreeing with you somewhat GCT. Always felt that Farah should have kept his opinions on Potter to himself. Landed himself in the crap big time by opening his mouth. I don't care if he wants to nail JT to a cross by his scrotum, but I don't want to hear about it in the media. Players should always keep what they think of their coach to themselves whilst they are ever playing under them.

You're right, except for that one time where someone did and look at the hot mess he ended up in.

Everyone has private conversations. Robbie shouldn't have said it (if we are to believe Tallas) however that was a really low act from Tallis to attribute a line from early 2013 and suddenly bring it up in Mid 2014.

Robbie might have had a completely different opinion of Potter in mid 2014, we were going quite well.

I don't doubt Taylor's smarts.

I just don't think people like him.

People want to run through a brick wall for Bennett, Bellamy because they know how to man manage and how to respond to different personality. They don't have wizard game plans or draw ont he chalk board at half time.

You mention Taylor they turn their nose up. He is there drawing these diagrams at half time, they might be the best games plans in the world. But if the blokes cant stand you well your no chance./

Well he got knocked out At Souths Mad Monday so he was obviously a popular figure there.

Here the silence is deafening in terms of players going into bat for him.

"I got more phone calls from Potter in the 1st week that Potter took over than he did in one season from Sheens "

Then he compared Taylor to Potter

" I got more info from Taylor in the 1st week than he got from Potter in the first month "

Taylor was getting the players to send photos of what they were eating for every meal in the off season

The players are going into bat for Taylor Even Taupau did AFTER he left

Maybe a case of selective memory Eddie ….........

Stickler for rehab and making sure players are physically and mentally right

Happy, i wonder if JT also asked the boys to limit their alcohol intake in the off season.
If he did, they didn't listen. There seemed to be a lot of it going on. Especially in Bali. :laughing:

Pre season training is something you don't go and openly make worse for yourself by getting out of condition

You'll be technicolour yawning everywhere if you do and then sent to do extras for not keeping yourself in condition

A week or two wouldn't make a great deal of difference
