You reckon. I was all in on Doueihi but he was real bad. When he plays his best he is really good but that is so rare and his poor games are real poor.

That is about it. Brooks has a more complete game and he faults are more poor option taking at critical times.
AD does have more upside but atm Brooks is better.
This though is the crux of our problems. Our spine is crud.

Let's not lose sight that yesterday we got rogered by the eighth placed team. How many Tigers players would slot into that team next week? Probably none. Maybe Garner on the bench. Don't even think of Douehie in for Wighton. Wighton is what Douehie thinks he is. We are so far away from being competitive.
I think your list is spot on not totally convinced about pole but willing to give chance .Everyone not on this list should be moved on .Note your 13 has only 3 or 4 forwards and we need 9 or 10 that's 6 run on and 3 bench and 1 depth
So were about 6 short with 2 coming .Hope they can find the other 4
I was under the impression that Sheens was coach next year. A bit much blaming him for this year.
The soft #### didn't want a spoon to his name so he's ghosted it and left it to Noddy to deal with.
Hiding behind the "there's lots to do for next year" excuse. Should have took over the day he was announced. That shit all still has to be done for next year for 2024, and he'll still be doing it then. A lazy excuse to hide from stink of the spoon.

Not at all. He sacked the coach, let Luc go early and loaned out Nofo and Gildart. That is a significant negative impact.
I assume that this is all part of some longer term benefit so we should all expect significant improvements from next year. I don't think though the decisions he made will have a longer term benefit. I think it was just poor decision making for the club.
I also think his decision making has helped him next year because we are dead last and he can then take any improvement as an indicator that he has improved the team compared to under Maguire's tenure.

Agree & disagree. Was never in favour of sacking Madge. He loved the club & should of been given the option to finish the season & seeing the character he showed I believe he would have.
Noddy was offered & he accepted the caretaker role as coach. Sheens didnt force him. Also, if Sheens had of started taking over when Noddy was failing, we would have heard the whinging by some about that. As regards the loaning of players & letting players go early in their contracts, I hate it. It simply should not be allowed. However, as this season was clearly gone, if that money saved benefits the club next year by front loading some contracts then I think it is smart business.
Also , It may have allowed us to blood some extra juniors.
