Lagavulin currently under 100 which is my buy price between March and October.

Glenfarclas 15 for warmer nights.

These 2 never let me down although lagavulin is sensitive to what I've eaten, some of the flavors disappear after things like Thai food for example

Starward Nova. Australian (Melbourne) single malt whiskey. Matured in red wine barrels - highly rate it! Although it’s become a little pricey now.

Visited the ‘Suntory Yamazaki Distillery’ the day before they shut to visitors for Covid. Very hospitable in how much they allowed me to drink lol.
