I can't understand how anyone can consider Benji for more than a split second without their head exploding. A million times no. He needs to focus on going back to being a celebrity.
Tyler Cornish just walked out on the Titans. Might be a handy depth signing.

We need someone experienced, not another young punk that may do something in a few years. We already have our halfback in that roll.

Hopefully rowdy can communicate better in defence with Kev and sure up that defensive side a bit.
I think noffa as a running 6 would do well. If he has played fullback he should be able to count numbers pretty well so knows when to add himself if attack. Otherwise brooks would run the show..
Best stop gap I can think of. I don't think JLJ has done enough to play himself into contention..
Next year, I just want a solid running 6 (Austin a fine example) and spend the money on a plethora of big bopped!

Ok I think it's settled then.benji back to play5/8 this year on $150,000\. He will work well with brooks, we know what we will get ( good in attack has trouble tackling) so it's alike for like there. Benji to join the assistant coaches next year and work with brooks because if we have put our faith in him currently we are screwed!! Next year we sign a decent half or 5/8 with all this money we have saved.
Can someone let the club know we have it sorted. I think we all know the current playing issues exist because of player retention and recruitment, for example the good players we let go in the past few years to keep the ones we have like Austin, t Martin, tupau and bronson harrison are all playing in the positions we are lacking

I reckon Benji would play for a lot less to get another shot at a fitting farewell from his mother club.
