I still think in court they should have a case to answer.

In Todd's interview recorded in the DT, Todd was singling us out for not understanding the rules, whilst then punishing us strongly because we tried to take advantage of the situation when we claimed for cap exemption with Robbie leaving. He's made out like we deliberately cheated, whilst also being so incompetent we don't even know the rules.

That sort of subjective mixed messages is not what I would expect from a figure in authority. The guy is an idiot.

Remember people, we have the option to spread the cap hit over the terms of the contract. If there was a contract and the cap fine sticks.

So would be 650k over 4 years or roughly only a 150k hit per year. So no need to shed anyone, just a bit less in the kitty to play with. If we signed Jennings we'd still have money left to spend.
