Who is running the Team on field?

With debate of should we be taking points with kicks or go for tries after penalties…. on the last tackle of the night Benji wants the ball to run Farah puts up a dumb bomb my question is who is running the team on field.It seems to me there is no one person making decisions is this why we can't put 80minutes together are there to many chiefs and if so why hasn't this been dealt with..

wtg Simon have a laugh at my expence, but when it comes down to it somebody has to have control of the side ,atm it just isnt happening. Forgotten the way we gifted the Warriors in last years semi?
