The club are please to confirm that we have appointed Tim Sheens as our new Director of Football. Tim guided the Wests Tigers to the 2005 grand final win and has now taken up a new role overseeing recruitment, pathways, football administration and club culture. We expect to see Tim arrive safely to Australia in the coming weeks and begin working closely with all football staff towards the 2022 season.

Got an email and Justin wrote me a letter including new logo bumber sticker.

Tim guided the Wests Tigers to the 2005 grand final win and has now taken up a new role overseeing recruitment, pathways, football administration and club culture. We expect to see Tim arrive safely to Australia in the coming weeks and begin working closely with all football staff towards the 2022 season.

I'm glad we didn't go down the Flanagan route. He would simply create too much instability. There would be constant conjecture that he's waiting in the wings to swoop if we lose a couple of games and Madge is under pressure. That's no way to run a club.

Have quality assistants sure, but not ones likely to undermine the head coach and get his mates to further destabilise the club for his own personal gain.
