Farah? Yeah, I can't see a bloke that never coached before making a difference.

Made a difference already in a smaller role, briefly...

Imagine what he could do in a more hands on role.

Give him a run in reserves then.

You saying he won't have an impact on up and coming players?

Guys done it all.
Tigers man, through and through.

He'd be more impactful than snoopy and co.

He's not a coach.

Neither was Jason Taylor but you probably supported him . Farah has exactly what this club needs…integrity & passion for the Tigs coupled with a great football brain . Every thing Taylor lacked.

Taylor was a coach when he came here, coached at parra and Souths.

Collins had been shafted. Everything is good now.

I believe that the Coaches under Madge had to change

If we can get a better one, for sure. looks like they needed someones head.

Ciraldo only now 36yrs old and wouldn't have a third of Robbie's experience in the game. He was given an assistant role at Riff and made caretaker coach in 2018 when Griffin was punted and only a few yrs later considered head coach material.

It's about motivating and unlocking talent and belief in the younger playing group as much as it is teaching the technical aspects of the game. Robbie was always a hard trainer and willing to do whatever it took to win. Not many have a stronger passion for the Tigers than he does.

100% agree about Robbie, given a little more responsibility he will draw improvement out of our younger players. He has the respect and pedigree required to deliver better outcomes.

I would also consider John Morris

Morris would have been perfect, has experience and some success with younger squads as well as performing admirably whilst head coach. He has also played for the club however unfortunately he has signed with Souths as an assistant.

The assistants are the key for Maguire now .. he is in self preservation mode , I could never understand why he surrounded himself with those fossils.
If he and Sheens are smart there are plenty of applicants that would be 100% better at getting this team going in the right direction !

Sorry I think you missed my point. You are correct. He was employed as a "coach" at those teams. However, just because you call yourself one doesnt make it so. He managed to alienate all players at the Tigers , both the older loyal experienced ones & the great young bunch we had coming through all left. Not a coach.

Players .....Players ......Players .....we need to sign quality players ......assistant coaches can only do so much

You can't turn the Elephant Man into Claudia Schiffer .....they need something to work with .....

Speaking of Claudia Schiffer.

If Claudia Schiffer married Brains from the Thunder Birds, would she be Claudia Schiffer-Brains?

Talking of the Thunderbirds.

Andrew Gray has left the club also, though it was a decision he made midyear. So this (Head of Performance) is another position that will need filling. Anyone have an idea in this area on any possible candidates?

Gibbs is not the only one. Flanagan is Slothfields love child, he’s doing everything he can to get him a gig. That should tell you how bad Flanagan really is.

Flanagan would be the worst signing to our club imo and that is not even considering his talentless sprog coming with him

Thanks Lauren. I seem to remember he was on a podcast that was shared on the forum earlier rin the year? Given our performances this year, I think this was a role to be renewed.

Does anyone know exactly what positions were made vacant from the review?

Media have confirmed heard snoopy. But what about Millard?

Lauren confirmed head of performance - Andrew Gray

On sen matty white said football manager - which would be James Wright?
