I think I read on here somewhere that he has the certification. Could be wrong about that.
If as you say @mike he has the certification, he wont be running the water out for much longer.
The fact that Madge has such a high level of respect for Farah [to send him out to play with a broken leg in that disastrous game at L.O. against Cronulla] I reckon Farah may be Our Reserve Grade Coach next year, with Gardiner as an assistant coach in the box with Madge.
Edit...But as @Snozza said...Farah to the 20's first rather than reserve grade.
