Who would harden up the Wests Tigers

When the storm seek a doctor for a injured player they use the best in Melbourne . Brisbane do the same in Brissy and the Roosters have the best the city offers.
WT use the best there is in Bankstown .
Thats why their players come back quicker from injury’s and play like they were never injured.
In our case they join the cue with me at the doctor. It seems our players never fully recover, ever, until they leave and join the storm or whoever.
Spend the money WT, get repairs done properly by the best , get your players back on the field quicker.
or is that to professional .

I'm sure they get the best possible care. I really doubt they go to backyard hacks.

My mum used to work as nurse in that field. They had several players from rugby and league come into their facility (including a recent retired great player). The top doctors work in different facilities. She worked in North Ryde at the time. That is pretty darn close to Concord.

No professional sports team is as incompetent as what you are stating.
 
Considering our team are not performing I have seen an improvement in defensive grit even if the stats don't reflect that.
Last week when we repelled the Warriors set after set is an example.
I'm not saying we are perfect because the blowout scores don't support this...I get that.
I'm saying if we had equal or more share of possession and didn't hand over cheap ball then I think you wouldn't be saying we need to harden up.
I think if Nathan Cayless was joined by Dean Pay as assistant coaches then that would help further stiffen up our lot.
Bring back Brett Hodgo to assist with attacking. I think Hodgo would be a great mentor for Daino and any other young backs coming thru.

Mate there is no way that what you are suggesting is anything like remotely true. We just don't have the health care service in Australia to be that incompetent.

If you or me have an injury and see an orthopaedic surgeon that dude will know what he is doing. There is on way Doueihi for instance went to some backyard hack.

There’s only 1 best in these areas. The world doesn’t revolve around the NRL.
South’s went 1 further with Latrell to find the best. would we.

Tiger, who are these players who leave busted and get fixed at other clubs? Not doubting you, just interested.
My missus has been in the medical profession nearly all her adult life and I asked her about surgeons and if some are better than others.
Apart from specialists in certain fields of surgery, eg. Micro, plastic etc the gap between also rans and top surgeons have narrowed to a point where it's nearly non existent.
The real difference is before surgery and post op where standards differ.
The real reason why surgeons are at the same std is because of training and law suits.
So much goes into duty of care now.
I've had 15 major surgeries with different surgeons and all have been brilliant.
As far as getting players back to playing as soon as possible, that is the responsibility of their rehab team..... that's the difference.
A lot has to do with the individual and his or her drive to do their bit in rehab. This is probably what your referring to so I apologise if that's tge case.
Some players naturally take longer than others to rehabilitate no matter what they do...nothing much you can do about that.
 
Maybe a month working on my farm, with a strong dose of reality might trigger something in their pea brain. Just a lot of physical work and stress and a lot less for the hip pocket.
