These are probably the best players off contract next year who would you like at the Tigers? In my opinion Tamou, Gillet and inglis

When I look at these players it makes me happy we didn't pay 500k for Luke Lewis. Theres some great players there id love to throw some big dollars at Lyon, Bowen or Soward, but face the facts they wouldn't come.

Id throw some decent dollars at a halfback like Robson, Reynolds, Thurston or Prince (Obviously varying price). Someone like Robson might be the best value.

Id also throw a fair amount of money at kevin locke…probably priority number 1.

I would love for us to sign Jeff Robson. Very workmanlike player, but Carney wouldn't be playing so good if he wasn't there. Or Mitch Pearce to play a Robson-like guiding role while leaving the game breaking to Marshall and Farah. We need someone who can move us around to where we need to be for Benji and Robbie to do what they do best.

Back on topic, I'd go for Tamou, Uate and Thurston - a big boppa metre eater, a winger with speed and an actual halfback!

We have our very own Uate in the U20s. Koroibete is a clone. I don't think we need to purchase any outside backs. I'm happy to have Utai, Ayshford, Lawrence and Ryan until the U20s guys are ready - Nofo was re-signed for two more seasons so he's in the mix. Utai only has 1 or 2 more seasons in him, and if Ayshford doesnt find his old form again we can move Ryan to the centres and have Koro and Nofo on the wings. Will be short on depth though, but would like to see a backline of Koro, Ryan, Lawrence and Nofo in the future. Very classy centres and strong fast wingers.

I definitely dont see that area as our main concern.

I'd love to see those those big, speedy young guys on our wings soon, Alex, but Sheens seems reluctant to give them a go! There has been a couple of times this year that he could've thrown one of them in. They really need to be blooded now if they are going to be ready for the NRL next year and until they are ready, we are desperate for some speed out wide - most of our backs are incredibly slow at present. I just hope they don't end up being treated like Miller!
