Will the NRL be consistant?

I'm sure that's what the Tigers will argue but Mitchell's was worse. The Warrington player really played that up and Nabuli connected with hand mostly on shoulder. Mitchell was close fist crook of the arm under the jaw around the neck. Mitchell's was waaaay worse.

That was a pretty ugly tackle, but it didn't occur in an NRL game, so it's hard to cite it as precedent.

I actually do think Moses was lucky to stay on the field IMO . When it's viewed in normal play the tackle looks terrible , coat hanger.

The guy almost gets decapitated and people he say he was just laying down. That will do me. I'd love to know how you guys would have seen it if the shoe was on the other foot and one of our guys got coathangered

Will be very interesting to see what he gets.
I dont have any faith in the NRl or any of their departments to be consistent and even handed so wouldnt even have a guess what the penalty might be.

The debate around when to use the send-off in rugby league – if ever – will begin once more after Wests Tigers five-eighth Mitchell Moses clothes-lined Gold Coast Titans fullback William Zillman with a spectacular high shot in the Wests Tigers 19-18 last-gasp win at Robina.
Moses was placed on report in the 68th minute after he was wrong-footed by Zillman in the middle of the field. He flung out the arm, catching his sprinting opponent around the neck and sending the Titans custodian sailing through the air and thudding to the park. There was no malice in the tackle but the dramatic nature of the contact had the crowd calling for him to be marched from the field as he was beckoned by referees. Instead, Moses was placed on report.
