( brilliant save ). Egypt sat back way to much and were playing for a draw as they only played on the counter.

Not the best game for Uruguay but full credit to Egypt who may feel unlucky not to get at least a point out of that.

Halftime, Portugal 2 Spain 1\. It’s a cracking match so far. Ronaldo with both goals for Portugal - first one off a pen, second one he hammered a shot right at the keeper, only for the goalie to miss what was a regulation stop. Spain’s probably been the better team though - they’re controlling possession well through some sublime passing.
