What’s happened in the past is done.

We all follow the same 17 each week, And im guessing we all want the future for our club to prosper.
Can’t help but think some might have post season blues already.

Great to see WTs on their way financially. Thanks to black n white for the explanation re the other club at Campbelltown funding ISP. I'm not sure if that was ever widely publicised, maybe I just missed it.
On a side note and in relation to the last
2 or 3 pages of nonsense, Mods, why do we need this discussion? It brings out the worst in people and I find it much more offensive than swearing or harmless banter between posters.
We are all passionate about our club, but for some that isn't the club named in the Url of this site.
Feel free to go and find a Magpies or Balmain board to post on.
Both brands are dead as mainstream entities and deserved to die for their poor management in later years in a tough market. That is how these things work.
No one cares. Not even old fans who understand our only future in Sydney is as one club, Wests Tigers, funded by Wests Ashfield.

Well it seems there are only a handful of people who are arguing about Balmain and Western Suburbs. The majority just don’t waste time getting involved in the pointless jibes anymore.

Ah nothing like a Roy Masters article to stir up some old Wests-Balmain crap.
Do yourself a favour - if you ever read Roy Masters, as soon as you see the word "Wests" then turn your brain off, because nothing else of use comes afterwards. And for some reason Masters manages to interject Wests Magpies into about 80% of his articles, often with no valid reason to do so.
It's Wests Tigers, that's the franchise, and even if Wests Ashfield took 100% control I don't believe they could just change the franchise without NRL permission.
But also they won't change it, because it would be stupid to do so. I don't personally care who funds the team, so long as it helps lead to on-field success. I'm an old Balmain supporter but them days are long long ago now.
