WT Membership - UNORGANISED in 2010!

I don't usually complain but i'm another person unhappy with the level of professionalism. I requested two membership packages, a tribe and a stripe one. I received the confirmation for the tribe one and was told I would receive the confirmation letter for the stripes one in December. Still waiting on that confirmation letter?

I logged into the members sections and noticed I am down for two tribe memberships when I clearly stated 1 Tribe and 1 Stripe on the form. How hard can it be?

Really not happy with the professional and competancy of the membership department. I love the club to death and will continue to be a member but when they need members coming on board more than ever they should make sure members year in and year out are happy with the level of service and correspondence.

Hopefully everything is fixed up before the season kick off but have my doubts

Wests Tigers Members should now start looking out for their 2010 Membership Kits.

Supporters who signed up before January 26 (Australia Day) will receive their Member Kits within the next 7-10 days.

All Members that signed up after January 26 will have their kits be delivered before the season commences.

Any Member extras, cards and CUBS gear will be sent out before the season starts.

Members are encouraged to contact the membership team at <membership@weststigers.com.au>or on (02) 8741 3300 if they have not received their kits by February 10.

can anybody answer this for me, as I am going to join and get a membership.
in the brochure it says direct debit.
does it have to be direct debit, or can i attend concord and pay cash.
have no intention of giving out bank account details/ numbers etc.

You can pay by cash, cheque, money order, credit card or direct debit…I'm sure someone at Concord will take your Johnny.
Dont you pay your electricity, gas, internet, phone bills etc by direct debit?

The WT direct debit system works fine mate. They use a secure company which will send you the outlines of how it all works and even do a follow up when they stop debiting your account. Very safe and the best way to step up as a member without parting with the entire amount up front.
 
Hopefully there are thousands of new member applications causing the backlog. Mine is also one of them but I'm not too fussed at this point.

I am sure you know that Camp Concord read EVERYTHING.
 
Received my membership pack yesterday.

The items in the pack are a big improvement on past years. The cap is decent and it fits, the car sticker is made of thicker paper it seems, the team display scarf is a bit small but adequate. The lanyard and keyring I won't use.

Did they arrive in a post pak type package, Im guessing with the cap in there an envelope too small

Lots of little thieves around my area, would no doubt swipe a pack with wests tigers logos on it pokin out my letter box
 
My pack came today. When I renewed my membership I decided to get foundation cup tickets as well. Were they supposed to come with the pack because I have not received them.
