The source of the leak should already be known. It’s also important to uncover the ongoing issue of why disagreements are so self destructive. Do the members not have a common priority goal? Do they not share the same vision? Do individuals have personal conflicting goals? Or does the job become too stressful ? Do they have a stress management plan?
It’s hard to understand how they continue to get it so wrong?

In fact it is much healthier if there are a number of different views inside the Board Room. Once a decision is made though, a united front is needed.

Follow the money, if a few thousand Tigers fans are serious about change they should join WA and make WT issues/governance a core issue at Ashfield.
