Do they not share the same vision? Do individuals have personal conflicting goals? Or does the job become too stressful ? Do they have a stress management plan?

In fact it is much healthier if there are a number of different views inside the Board Room. Once a decision is made though, a united front is needed.

100%, the best leadership groups I have worked on had extremely robust conversations but all were on the same page once we left that room.

You need some disagreement to challenge the validity of decisions, but these guys are obviously taking it too far. This makes me think there has never been clear lines of responsibility in various roles within the organisation, rather a might is right, do it my way view of certain decision making areas?
I remember talking to an ex origin player about his business. He kept losing money. He would grow a subsidiary and put another ex player in as manager. His loyalty to his ex teammates was admirable and took priority over growing the business. I think a few of his subsidiaries went to the wall in pretty quick time after they opened.
