Wests Tigers chairman Lee Hagipantelis has been re-appointed for another three years after gaining unanimous support from his fellow board members.

Hagipantelis was re-elected at a board meeting on Monday and will now remain in the hot seat at the club until at least the end of 2026.

Agreed. With Brydens Lawyers as our lead sponsor, nothing in the review was going to put Lee under threat. Pascoe on the other hand....

Pascoe has been taking a lot of holidays - hopefully he’s already copped the ‘live’ bullet in a game of Russian Roulette and they’re burning all his Long Service entitlement in a ‘Weekend At Bernie’s” style holiday farce.
Lee is ofcourse pulling all the strings (to simulate Pascoe waving to the press).
Some of the proceeds from Pascoe’s long service entitlements have been redirected to Bula’s new contract extension in a win/win scenario.

Wonder if he would have got the vote if he didn’t commit the $$$ for the sponsorship?

I have no issue with a sponsor being a board member but the chair should be independent.
 
Lee is perplexed by where the leaks re Cheika are coming from. Hint. Look at the board members that dont want him here Sherlock.

Yep, when we finish at the arse end of the table again next year and in 2025…they’ll sack all the 05 boys and bring in a female head coach.
