Can't confirm my sources, but I'm told Sheens is working hard on ensuring talented juniors won't leave the pipeline as they have in previous years. He's working closely with Westfields + parents of talented players to build relationships before agents get in their ear. Seems to be a big part of the problem...past couple of years Madge was having to run around putting out fires.

Might be staying the obvious but good to hear nonetheless.
