WTF – Wests Tigers Faithful Podcast

Love the pod boys.

Quick question. Are the rumours around KPP for 2026 or is there a chance he could jump ship this year????

Cheers.

legend mate. thanks for tuning in!

I think it's more people putting two and two together with Dom Young potentially heading to Newcastle mid-season and potentially forcing someone out, which we would obviously benefit from. Kai's manager kiboshed the prospect of a three-way trade a little while back when there were questions around Galvin heading to Parramatta and Brown to Newcastle a year early.

so while it's nice to speculate, I think ultimately we'll have to wait til R1 2026 to see him in our colours, but stranger things have happened.

Mac giving it to TDS … and mentioning Harry Grant “who never started until he was 22”… TDS will be 22 come early 2027 … the first year of his next deal…he will be a starting hooker by then too, but it appears it wont be with us …

No argument. My issue is the essentially drawing a line in the sand over Api. It's embarrassing.

I don’t understand why TDS wouldn’t want a natural progression of the apprentice eventual becoming the master . Allowing api to start to phase into his post nrl life ie. coaching .
Surely if we do re-sign api it will be a contract that will lead into a back room job: coaching role within the club .

Neither.

And even if I felt ready for a full time role. The hubris of even informing the club you're leaving if they re-sign your captain when you've proved nothing.

I would certainly inform them privately, make no demands of them and certainly not be taking it public.

That's what's embarrassing. The way Tigers players seem to carry on time and time again it's madness to me. No professionalism or respect.

I like the commentary each week… but respectfully… the audio needs a fix … your mike is too quiet but you can’t really pump the volume as the other guys is too loud … just trying to make a constructive suggestion 👍

Another enjoyable watch boys, even the Riff supporter in the chat was entertaining.

I can understand the take on the hip drop but also see the other side of the coin. The problem is that it is open to interpretation (not the dangerous part). So if the officials can't determine one from the other how are the fans supposed to get it right.

We probably need a skilled media dude pull together a monatge of hip drops awarded and hip drops not and put it to the NRL with a please explain. Certainly somethign the club should be thinking of in support of Benji - same could be done with the tackle on Tulagi and defintiely the three 6 again automatic penalty rule.

Consistency is what is required!
