I can see it . Their backline isn’t OMG like people are saying . There’s a very real chance that it will be Talau , Tupou , Pauga, smith and that’s nsw cup standard right there . And at some point Teddy is gonna have Father Time catch up to him . For fullbacks especially it’s almost overnight . Just ask Gutho . One day he had it , then he didn’t . I’m just not sure the Teddy thing is this year . And if it isn’t he alone will carry that team .

I said from day one all you had todo with Hastings was hold your ground, he did not have speed or a step and his passing game was predictable. Galvin Iam not sure which way he will go, don’t think he can succeed in the halves, but think he is a chance to be a good 13

Roosters come very close to winning the comp for me. Great young pack, heaps of talent in the obs and a premiership spine of Teddy, Walker, DCE and Robson.

All I said was their backs are weak . Because they are . I’m simply saying that in the spectrum of “the roosters are stacked across the park “ . Which is the narrative everyone is spinning on nrl circle jerk podcasts . When in actuality . They have limited depth in the backs . They have a stacked forward pack . But Whyte is just a kid , and the expectation he will carry this pack can go both ways . Leniu is a weapon off the bench for sure ,but there’s a very real chance that a lot of thier players have second year syndrome , as well as DCE simply being washed . He was horrible for manly last year .
The roosters will go as far as Teddy and Walker will take them . Mainly Teddy .
And I’m just death riding the dogs and Galvin hahaha trying to manifest it into reality .

Like most years , there are about three teams that could win the comp, there are about six teams who could finish top four and about 14 teams that could finish top 8. Injuries and bad luck of course can change things. It’s a long brutal road to make it to September.
