Your Backline for Round 14?

1. Laurie
2. To'a
3. Naden
4. Kepaoa
5. Maumalo
6. Brooks
7. Hastings

14. Doueihi

can we give Kepaoa some time at centre please considering he spent the entire preseason there? I really don't know why he was on the wing with To'a in the centres against Souths when it's clear it should've been the other way round. Star only keeps his spot in the side due to how poor Nofo's been and the fact that Tupou at this stage is a liability defensively.

as for Doueihi I think his best bet is to bring him in slowly. also gives us the ability to trial him either at 6, 13 or in the centres if he's coming off the pine.

I like Doueihi on the bench to start back, but Simpkin will need a breather and then we risk carrying both AD and Nu Brown on the bench.

This might be enough to push him straight into the centres.

If so, it'll be:

1. Laurie
2. Nofo
3. Naden
4. Doueihi
5. Maumalo

This is probably what it should be. To'a and Kepaoa are pushing hard for spots though.

Without turning this into another Brooks vs Doueihi discussion this is also the issue with playing Doueihi in the centres. Are we a better team including the salary cap with Doueihi and Brooks both in the team ?

I'll leave it to Madge...whoever is fittest and most capable will do me....
Fittest.

That's the key. Looks like to many wounded boys out there without which our collapse in the SH wouldn't have occurred.

I might add was disappointed in To'a in hos preferred position last start.

Why do we insist that we keep wasting our time with Kepaoa? Doueihi is 10x the player
