Your team v dragons

No obvious solution for Naden replacement
AJ -defence at center big problem
Tommy T -not the player he was in 2021
Saukaru - ressies center can he make the jump? Not in our 30 anyway
My pick is either Talau or something from left field Blore
The other 16 must retain their spots if fit keep shuffling the players to a minimum
Would like AJ on bench or 18th if spot there

Hopefully sheens doesn’t do something stupid and put batemen into the centres

AJ or Talau to replace Naden that’s it ..

I’m just hoping we don’t go into our shell this game. We really need this win otherwise last week means nothing

Yep except Talau - he deserves to rot in state cup as 20th man for being a triator.

Also, I don’t want to see Seyfarth in my team.
Agree with Talau.

Seyfarth... however, you need to watch him closely.

He's a player that is about to really break out.
Bellamy would love him at the storm.

😂😂😂😂

Why doesn't he just sign him then,
He's off contract - Has been for 6 months.

He's not getting a start over Pole, Ofa or Twal - Even Blore...
And doesn't offer much different (Certainly no better)
than any of the above...

Where you playing him?

Lock 🔐

Same reason why no ones signed Brooks.
Probably know they're off limits...

Hell prove a few of yas wrong

Riley in for Naden, good in defence. Don’t think there will be much changing to a winning side

I think we can almost put any of our options to defend against Lomax. He’s shot as an NRL player, absolutely terrible. Suli can be pretty dangerous when he wants to tho

I'd like to see Laurie swapped for Wakeham for the spark he might provide in the halves (apparently he played very well in KOE Cup with two line breaks and two try assists) but I get that we need continuity and a goalkicker. Naden is out so I guess Talau has to come in. This is not exciting at all but he is, probably, marginally the better defender in the centres than AJ. The rest of the team stays the same but I would start with Twal and put Stef on the bench.

That's not a bad idea at all. He is a solid defender, can play five eighth, if necessary, and has a handy attacking game. I think posters are a bit hard on him. If you watch KOE Cup, you can see he has footwork and ball skill and can make the occasional big hit.

I am keen to see Daino in at 5/8; however, we should persist with Wakeham for the time being. No changes for mine less injuries/suspension. Minor tweak would be Twal to start and Stef off the bench.

The key to winning this week is to build on the simple game from last week. It was amazing how much better we played by doing the basics well. If we control the ball and play percentage football until we have earned the right to be expansive we are in with a big chance.

The mindset and game plan we had against the Panthers, with some minor tweaks for the dry conditions, should get us home against the Dragons.

Wakeham has been fine and is proving a decent foil for Brooks. A lot of his work goes unnoticed.

Next four weeks are interesting. Two winnable games against the Dragons and the Cowboys then a bye.

I'm also keen to see Laurie in the halves but for mine, we keep the same team for the next three games (barring injury/suspension). Talau in for Naden. Brooks and Wakeham in the halves. Then, if it's not working, we have the bye to train with Laurie there.

Hoping we come out of that bye with 10 competition points.
