Your team v Storm

Can’t see Cleary changing a winning side.

Yes he may want to reward the winning team by naming the same side
But
In saying that if Ivan thinks he can make the team stronger because someone has earnt his spot or is now available then he will make the change
For the better of the team
I would like to see Aloiai and Gamble in
Godinet and Kev out
4 forwards on the bench so it helps us win the forward battle
Gamble and Taylor at Hooker
Gamble can also cover an injury in the backs
Time will tell
Tuesday team lists

Don't think Ivan would be changing a winning team.. But I can see why folks want Kev gone.

I'm glad that some of you blokes aren't coaching the side. We beat one of the competition favourites through dominating the ruck and tough defence and some of you want to make wholesale changes to the side? I'd expect to see the same 17 named on Tuesday, possibly with the inclusion of Aloiai.

Yeah, but some players barely put in and actually almost ruined our chances. Naiqama knocked on twice on the first play both times in the opp 20, and came in on the inside leaving MWZ with two players with them scoring. He needs to go

Left field. Given our tough start and the evenness between our forwards I wonder if a weekly or bi weekly rotation would help to keep our levels of intensity up week on week. We could rotate one or more of Aloia, Sue, Grant, Felise, McQueen with current forwards for the first 6 weeks and settle on the best pack from there on.

Did you used to select the Aussie cricket team??

And who do you replace him with? Milne? He barely put in in reserve grade.

His defense is no worse than Kev and provides a lot more in attack. And anyway we selecting who WE think is the best possible team.

1\. Watson Heleta
2\. David Nofoaluma
3\. Taane Milne
4\. Toni Tali
5\. Corey Thompson
6\. Tyson Gamble
7\. Josh Drinkwater
8\. Alex Twal
9\. Braden Robson
10\. JJ Felise
11\. Chris McQueen
12\. Luke Garner (capt.)
13\. Matt Eisenhuth

Interchange:
14\. Patrice Siolo
15\. Joseph Ratu
16\. Cowen Epere
20\. Lucas Price

Thompson, Eisenhuth and Twal keep their spots as they are in a few of my Fantasy League sides…Sue, Sironen and Fonua can feel unlucky tho..

1\. Lolohea
2\. Thompson
3\. Marsters
4\. Naiqama
5\. MWZ
6\. Marshall
7\. Brooks
8\. Packer
9.McIlwrick
10\. Eisenhuth
11\. Lawrence
12\. Rochow
13\. Taylor

14\. Matulino
15\. Twal
16\. Chee-Kam
17\. Aloiai (if he wasn't pulling Milky's leg).

I don't think McIlwrick has 80 minutes in him so I'd play Aloiai at lock and shift Taylor to 9 for 20 minutes (10 either side of halftime) and Chee-Kam can give Rowdy a spell in the second half. Aloiai could also be shifted to backrow giving Rochow a break if McIlwrick comes back on giving Taylor a break.

1\. Thompson
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Gamble
4\. Marsters
5\. MWZ
6\. Marshall

8\. Packer
9\. Taylor

11\. Lawrence
12\. Aloiai
13\. Rochow

14\. McIlwrick

Wasn't Chee-Kam formerly a centre when we signed him? Either way, I put him at right centre for my starting lineup. Sometimes I wonder why we didn't attempt to sign Gagai

We need to sort out our attack with more strike out wide.

1\. Tui 2\. Nofa 3\. Milne 4\. Marsters 5\. Thompson 6\. Marshall 7\. Brooks 8\. Packer 9\. Mcilwrick 10\. Eiso 11\. Lawrence 12\. Rochow 13\. ET 14\. Mats 15\. Twal 16\. Sue 17 Gamble

Sue should be straight in was massive in reserves better replacement when ET gets tired as a prop/lock. Provides impact.
Mcilwrick has to play 80 Gordimer was good but won’t be up to it against the storm.

Same team as what beat the Roosters thanks. Naqaima on a warning.

Agreed, with injury the only way in this week, MM being the possible exception as he was only there for cover and would not have played if not for injury to Reynolds . All players deserve one below par performance before being dropped.
