Your team v Storm

We need to sort out our attack with more strike out wide.

1\. Tui 2\. Nofa 3\. Milne 4\. Marsters 5\. Thompson 6\. Marshall 7\. Brooks 8\. Packer 9\. Mcilwrick 10\. Eiso 11\. Lawrence 12\. Rochow 13\. ET 14\. Mats 15\. Twal 16\. Sue 17 Gamble

Sue should be straight in was massive in reserves better replacement when ET gets tired as a prop/lock. Provides impact.
Mcilwrick has to play 80 Gordimer was good but won’t be up to it against the storm.

I too wanted Milne in the side, but he was really bad in ISP over the weekend.

Who's Gordimer?

We should not change a winning team but put Kevin on notice that his spot is up for review.

If Aloiai is fit to return as some have reported then he replaces Godinet in the only change in the 17

Aloiai on the bench and McIlwrick to starting hooker.

I would keep Chee Kam away from the centres unless forced to during game through injury.

We need a speedy centre, goal kicking fullback and Nathan Cleary to be a force in 2019.

Does anyone know when Liddle is due back

You should know Ivan!!!

There are rumors are this week but I haven't seen anything official, I remember reading in preseason it would be around round 4 but that was over a month ago. It would be a huge ask to play straight up in FG against the storm. So hopefully at least see him in reggies.

I'm glad that some of you blokes aren't coaching the side. We beat one of the competition favourites through dominating the ruck and tough defence and some of you want to make wholesale changes to the side? I'd expect to see the same 17 named on Tuesday, possibly with the inclusion of Aloiai.

Yeah, but some players barely put in and actually almost ruined our chances. Naiqama knocked on twice on the first play both times in the opp 20, and came in on the inside leaving MWZ with two players with them scoring. He needs to go

And who do you replace him with? Milne? He barely put in in reserve grade.

Wasn't Chee-Kam formerly a centre when we signed him? Either way, I put him at right centre for my starting lineup. Sometimes I wonder why we didn't attempt to sign Gagai

Manly had used him in the centres but he was a backrower in Canberra's NYC side which was destroyed by the Tigers in the grand final a few years ago.

Some absolute clowns on here.

There will be no changes to the 17 that took to the field against the Roosters.

You wouldn't put Aloiai in if fit?

No, he earns his spot like everyone else.

Rochow and MCK were both good and will stay. Lawrence the least impressive but eh's captain and won't be dropped anytime soon.

1\. Tui
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Milne
4\. Marsters
5\. Thompson
6\. Marshall
7\. Brooks
8\. Packer
9\. Godinet
10\. Twal
11\. Rochow
12\. ET
13\. Eisenhuth

14\. Gamble
15\. Aloiai (if fit)/ JJ Felise
16\. Matulino
17\. MCK

MWZ, Kev and Lawrence are all extremely unlucky but I jus couldn't find spots for them. I doubt Lawrence will get dropped because he is the captain but this is the side that I would like to see.

Thats the side I would like to see but I would Kevvie another chance. He just had one of those days.

Ridiculous. Aloiai is our best backrower and should be close to the first person picked.

Aloiai did earn his spot before he got injured

On the bench for impact if fit. Can’t go wrong

Agree with Aloiai being selected if fit was the stand out in the trail against the sharks . You need to select the best on offer against the storm.

He's not our best back rower.

Cleary will stay loyal to those who played so well for us against the Roosters. 1000%

I don’t know if you watched ISP game but Milne did not impress me.

Yeah. Milne seemed slow and kept getting pushed back in tackles. The other centre played miles better.

McQueen didn't look great either.

Standouts in ISP were:
JJ Felise
Luke Garner
Tyson Gamble

Honestly, with that performance, no one deserves to be dropped.

We probably have 2 spots to play with in firsts if you really wanted to make changes.

Godinet
Naiqama

Couldn’t agree more!
I’d like to see Mahe take kevs spot and Macca
At number 9.
Maybe swap cheekan for Aloiai on the bench.

Left field. Given our tough start and the evenness between our forwards I wonder if a weekly or bi weekly rotation would help to keep our levels of intensity up week on week. We could rotate one or more of Aloia, Sue, Grant, Felise, McQueen with current forwards for the first 6 weeks and settle on the best pack from there on.

Did you used to select the Aussie cricket team??

You don’t use someone Grant or McQueen if Packer or Mataluino are available.
You just don’t.

Are you kidding? Who is a better back rower than Aloiai?
