Fonua
Momirovski

Jennings
Marshall

Twal
Farah
Matalino
Garner
Matterson

Thompson our purely due to lack of size against a monster team

Same team as round 1 unless Mbye is fit. In this case, Thompson to the wing and Jennings misses out.

i think Mmbye as the 14
Farrah has to play 80 mins i am resigned to losing Liddle so be it.

Farah deservedly gets his 300 games and Liddle deservedly gets the rest of the season depending on his body holding up. If we are in the finals then it is Madge's call. We have to be crazy not to want Liddle into the future.

Agreed, we will need the size on the bench once again to stick with the Warriors.

I agree Russ, but he needs to earn his spot. We should be playing our best team every week. Let's focus on this year rather than than next year. If we have a bad run and are out of contention, then we can start giving players NRL experience. For now, while we're in it, needs to be best 17 every week regardless of age.

I feel like Fonua will be the one booted even though it isnt justified. I doubt Madge brought Jennings over to play reggies although i think he should be the drop if mybe is back.

Tbh the person with the least impact was Momo and im all about him. Struggled with suli all game (although many will)

i got a feeling that reynolds will be on our squad for the warriors game, and play really well during the game

If ever we’ll be going with 4 forwards on the bench it will be this week. Reynolds will play reserve grade I reckon.

Like some other posters, I’m getting the feeling Madge doesn’t truly rate Reynolds. Hope I’m wrong because Marshall will not play consistently all year if last year is any indication.

Minimal changes. I don't feel you can drop Fonua, as he was huge in turning the game around on Saturday. To me, Momorovski was by far the least effective of the outside backs.

One of the issues we will have is Thompson, who was brilliant on Saturday at 1, is far less effective on the wing (EG - Warriors Trial). Last year he had a real good run at 1, but really didn't offer a heap on the wing, particularly as the year went on. But its hard to drop him all together after last Saturday.

Some big decisions need to be made here. Particularly in the outside backs. I have concerns over our ability to cover the pace and the height of the Warriors. Fonua had a huge game on Saturday. But I do have concerns over him under the highball. If Mbye is back you'd have Thompson on one of the wings, although his height is a concern and Jennings on the other. Only other option is dropping Momirovski back oj the 5th and using his height to defend.

This week is huge. It'll be a massive test competing in the middle and then matching them out wide.

I'm wondering what value MCK has on the bench. Considering he only played 5 minutes and Matterson is capable of covering 5/8 or centre if required. Wouldn't mind seeing Liddle on the bench or another big bopper.

Same side, give Mbye another week to fully recover.
It's not as if we loose anything with Tomo there.
(becoming one of my favorites.)

You guys want different combinations every week… Farah and Benji will be there until father time catches up later in the season , the center pairing have to stay . Mbye in Jennings out , MCK waste of a slot , 4 forwards on the bench this week for sure. Things might change a bit for the dogs game .

I like MCK off the bench, I think he runs some good lines has good footwork and becomes a fresh legged target for our halves to hit when the likes of Matterson and Garner are a bit weary legged. If garlic sauce can continue punching holes with his runs I think having him and MCK on the bench will be great.
Better than Rochow and Eiso who are both plodders.

Its Hodgo and once properly he did make 78 post contact meters which puts him top 3 or so this round.

Look i have talked him up all preseason go check but he lacked punch in attack and struggled to contain suli. Next week he has Kata which is a bigger challenge. Im happy for him to stay but lets not pretend he had a stella game.

The only change i think is Mybe in if he is fit otherwise as per program you dont change a winning side
