I like Joe O but we need to change things around. Talau doesn't deserve his spot. That bench has a lot more impact than what we've had recently.

x2
We really need to play with some variety up the middle though, support play, change of angles, etc. And when the opportunity arises give our backs some early ball. 1-5 all have the ability to break tackles so give them a go.

Reilly should be nowhere near a first grade NRL side.

From what I seen yesterday, and have heard last few weeks, he’s ready for an opportunity. Talau is useless and he’s leaving, give the kid a chance
Well said. The other thing is that he is actually a fly half so could be considered as another option to replace Wakeham, who just doesn't create enough.

Wakeham is a halfback only! Can kick and better in attacking 20m. the KOE were winning when he was half for them. Brooks was touted as a running 5/8 a few weeks back, we seem to have gone off that train of thought?
Lets try this combo.
Reilly is a very good defender but shows little in attack. Having said that if he can stop tries (as apposed to Tommy T) that's less points to chase, so its back to our attack to score points!
My point being - Wakeham the Half, Brooks the 5/8 and Reilly a centre. Test it out at training/coaching.
Or as suggested Reilly at 5/8? Been playing centre because we don't have any.

Tristan Reilly (can defend).
Can he? The games I saw him play last year he was worse than Douy. One game he made 1 tackle and missed 5. But I did notice he made 15 and none missed on the weekend and I have not seen him play and entire game yet this year. So my question is a serious one, can he now defend? Has he worked on his D flaws over the offseason?
