Do you rate Laurie mate. I fear that my little mate is going to get busted the way he charges into the line. There are similarities between him and Brett Hodgson.
Hodgo had no fear as well but he had real footy DNA.
I'd rather see Daine work on his pace and swerve and either beat players on the outside or gap run.
Our wingers need to drop back and give Dano a hand hitting the ball up.
If he can stay injury free I expect big things from this young man.

My point is mate, that this game to Aboriginal people and carnivals like the knockout cup is a celebration of their culture and all Australians should embrace it.
This media platform is read all round the world and how we are perceived as a racial supportive country is on show.

Yeah I'm the same.... We are all here because we love and hate the game and our team.. I'm looking forward to some footy... At the end of the day even the GF and origins are just games, they go down in history yeah but not really important in the bigger picture

It's a shame our boys aren't having a run, the open type game would suit Daine.

I really like this game, has always had a good atmosphere around it, and it's fun to see two teams with contrasting styles go at it. If nothing else it's a sign that the season is just around the corner!

Yep just read it and do remember it now, what a low act, one thing I cannot accept is offences against women and children, brother or not.

For me personally, it is a trial/exhibition game.
There’s some interest, but like the trials I’m not really that crazy about watching it.
Round 1 is where my excitement lays.

I'm not pissy, disappointed but not pissy. Why would you go to effort of coming on to this thread to say its a glorified trial game, that shows you don't care, at least that's how it reads. I'm just trying to promote the indigenous game in our forum because I know first hand how much this game and event like this means to us.
It's not just a game but a cultural event.
