Plenty of rest and ice mate...later on physio will benefit you heaps, but take it easy at first....I displaced my rotator cuff on my right shoulder and couldnt lift it above shoulder height for nearly 12 months...6 months of physio and no golf for 4 years and now back to full strength and happy...it all takes time and patients hang in there and take it easy until it fully heals....
I said earlier that being ex military and one who has seen the horrors of war, especially the effect conflict has on innocent civilians, I would not enter this debate because it upsets me.
I'm however compelled to say this:
Poverty in Russia is ongoing and multi-dimensional. Diminishing oil profits, one-dimensional economic conditions and government sanctions play a major role in the poverty problems in Russia. [historically]
A struggling agricultural sector and sanctions on U.S. goods cause serious problems for food security in Russia. The country has a long road ahead in an attempt to reduce poverty within its borders.
If you don't believe Russia have starving people then you have your head in the sand.
Ukraine spent $4.7 billion in 2021, just over a tenth of nuclear-armed
Russia's $45.8 billion. [These are figures are apporox - don't quote]
Neither of these countries can justify spending so much on a defense budget when their several parts of their country are suffering and starving.
Noone wins in war, just tragedy, heartbreak and further contention.
If these two countries leaders sat down, put the differences and pride aside and agree to work together and help solve each others agricultural and economical problems together then there would be hope.
You know and I know that dictators will never do this, or will they?
P.S. sorry if this is jumbled, arm is in sling 😒
