Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Blore is a keeper
sims would be better than all our pack bar Stef , but not good enough for us but good enough to replace welsh who is also better than all our pack , I cant work our club out it’s like we wait until all good players are signed then go and pay big dollars for second rafters or keep players who can’t get us to the semis
Guessing Sims said thanks but no thanks to us

Really Benji, you're employed by the club yet instead of saying you would love to have Nanai join us you push his current club to Re-sign him.
We still have a long way to go in recruitment
Man he shits me.
Loved him as a player but still manages to not plug us whenever he can. Has his own show now. Should be a propaganda drive for the tigers, instead it won't be.
He's even our payroll and still doesn't work for us.

free rent ,still got people nesting in the giant pot plants, only get a job[4 out of towner]if you have a passport, willing 2b under payed

I’m not exactly Benji’s number 1 fan but who gives a toss?

Do you seriously think the Cowboys are all of a sudden going to change what they are doing because Benji said so?

Do you think Nanai is going to re-sign with the Cowboys because Benji said they should be trying to lock him down?

It’s equally as possible that he’ll think “gee, if these people that work at WT can see what I’m worth maybe I’m better off there”. But it’s more likely that it’ll make no difference at all.

blame it on Redcliffe, zero takle has sweet f a,for off contract players next year,,Vaughn,Topine, centers gets worse, Montoya,we need 2 brake some contracts 2 climb the heap
Might be why the club is spending extra on juniors from around the league.. Pick up some diamonds in the rough players and still have money to pay them.

Not sure what you do for work however imagine if you have a customer wanting a quote and instead of trying to win the job you tell them your competitor is more deserving of their business. Would you still not give a toss?

But he didn’t say he should sign with the Cowboys, he said “Yeah I rate him, really quality player,”

“The thing with all these kids is they don’t specialise in one thing, they do everything and you can play them in multiple positions and if I was the Cowboys I’d be locking him for sure.”

Ironically, since you mentioned my work, I recently poached an employee from our competition. They had a bit of a whinge about it though a mutual supplier and I asked them, since he was so valuable why were you underpaying him, and why didn’t you make any moves to make sure he couldn’t leave before I approached him? I guess another way to say it is if I were them, I would have locked him down.

Is that tin foil hat wearing a bit tight? When the likes of Johns, Fittler and Daley all implored the Tigers to do everything they can to re-sign young Brooks and Moses were they also insulting the fans of the knights, roosters and Raiders?

This stuff happens all the time and yes it's normal to those in the spotlight to be impartial, especially when it comes to a club locking down a talented young player they've developed

And there's many more examples out there too
