Brent Naden #256

Haha what a weird position he finds himself in. But really he hasn't been good for the dogs, massive defensive liability

Supposedly we are paying $200k this year, Bulldogs $100k

Next year we’re paying $250k bulldogs $150k. Looks like he was on more coin next year

Any word on any others who want to jump as well?
Burton and TPJ are the main two.

TPJ was already looking at the Dophins which is well publicised.

Burton is the interesting one as he was already frustrated at the lack of experience elsewhere in the spine. You could tell that it really was not good for his game. Trent was also a big drawcard for Burton being a former half himself. There was some chatter that a few other clubs were tapping him up for November 1, and now with Trent gone it looks very likely he will go elsewhere.

Some of the other senior players over there are frustrated with the way things have gone down. Seems to be a real disconnect between players, front office, board and sponsors...

Given our injuries, he'll fill a slot at least.

Wonder how many other Dogs are thinking about jumping ship?

We clearing the cap for the dogs to sign top players. We keep buying the left overs from other clubs and that’s why we can’t attract players
Name me a centre the Bulldogs would buy from our current lot and I don't mean Garner who is not a real centre.

He is much better than the centres we currently have and is a great pickup. Negative Nellies on this forum can either like it or lump it.
Maybe catch up on the thread before getting on your high horse champ
