Then after those children are born, they will [This word has been automatically removed] and moan about single mothers and their lack of contribution to society.

A huge number of their nation's children were lifted from poverty with a temporary scheme somewhat similar to our Family Tax Benefit one last year under Biden and it needs to be made permanent through further legislation.

Cannot wait to hear from all the males that vote for anti-abortion candidates, then later whining when they will have to pay child support.

Maybe not a bad move diet wise, but what the actual F otherwise. This is the 21st century, not the dark ages.
 
I usually vote Labor but this time I voted for an Independent.
She unfortunately didn't get enough votes to unseat the sitting Liberal MP Dr. David Gillespie.
I was pretty disappointed this morning when I heard Tanya Plibersek had compared Peter Dutton to Voldemort. She later apologised to Dutton when she realised she had made a fool of herself.
It's time for all this stupid name calling and disrespect between Politicians to stop.
Albo has come out and stated he wants to change politics.
I hope he is strong enough to instill decency, respect and honesty in our Federal Parliament.
 
This not really political news but the SMH reports the Murugappan family from Biloela will have their case decided today. Jim Chalmers advised Perth radio a decision would be made on the family's case today. At last, a Govt with a heart. The community want them and they should not be used as a message to sent to others. Regardless of political party, this is a very good decision,

About time this was one of the most discussed things the previous government done, glad to see this rectified ASAP well done ALP.

I thought this was interesting.

Some key points:-

1. The budget is a mess and needs to be fixed.
2. Immigration needs to increase.
3. Micro-economic reform is extremely important. It's about getting more bang for our buck.
4. Climate change is an issue but I don't think it's the sole focus.
 
Penny is enjoying her holiday through the pacific and Albo's team smashed us
