The "pathways" garb is the new go to. I don't believe for one minute that Maguire would not promote talent that was good enough.
He didn't have the support of the board and they panicked when Brown walked that they might miss out on the next sucker they pretend to back - that's what I think and I won't be convinced of other wise.

The board are incompetent for sure but to say Maguire didn't have the support to develop players is rumour. Madge wouldn't be the best for a development club. He be best in a top 6 side already developed.

Every single person at this club needs to look in the mirror.

No didn't go into too much detail, he just took offence to kent saying the club sat on their hands after last years review.
I would like to see Sheens do more media because he doesn't lie and we the supporters will be more informed, punt Pascoe from going anywhere near a microphone

Agree. But Im confused, for example, why Noffa is selected if he didn’t dominate ressies last week and yet sheens wants to go the youth direction? Im struggling with the contradiction from his words to the actions of the club.
 
Little surprised at timing tbh so we now have Kimmorley to be the scapegoat for all that is wrong with the club ah well...

Not sure how I feel on a number of fronts, with the man himself and timing amongst them, but the change needed to be made, even if done somewhat belatedly.

Good luck to Maguire in his future endeavours.

It’s also good reasoning if it aligns with your own beliefs. We shall see how this pans out. I am concerned we will be spoon bound after a couple of strong showings in the honeymoon period.
 
So Madge is gone. They had two weeks and took a week and a half to make a call. Send out a lame arse comment. We are a joke. Hope they have a plan and aren’t just shooting from the hip and hoping they pull something out of their arse.
