Brooks could of been a great player and really excelled but just cant for some reason with the tigers.

It’s pretty irrelevant what your non-Tiger supporter mates think. It has no bearing on whether he’s done or not. I don’t think he’s going anywhere soon given Sheens and Benji’s opinion of him.
 
Really one of the only bright spots for the year has been Joffa, in a team struggling he has been outstanding, never gone missing when the hard yards need to be made, if he keeps it up he will be a great forward leader for our younger brigade, on this year's effort I can't wrap him enough, I also think if Twal was out there today we win.

If these two unlock the enigma that is Luke Brooks I'm sure an apology will be in order - however if they also release him to another club, I wouldn't shed any tears.

What I mean, they are irrelevant in regards to what the club is going to do. This topic has just been done to death. Idk how people still take it seriously and get so invested in it.
 
One thing I'd like to note, not sure if it's been said so far, but today we had a heap of players out as well:

Brett Naden
Shawn Blore
Luciano (released)
Stefano
Nofo
Tommy Talau
James Roberts
Alex Twal

eight players out.

Obviously not our 7 best players like Penrith's situation (although Edwards and Fisher-Harris are up there with their best), but I still think the disruption to our team is considerable, especially considering our lack of depth, so in losing I don't feel pain like our loss to the baby broncos all those years ago or the depleted warriors team last year. We're missing a huge part of our forward pack and some speed and size out wide today. It's not an excuse or anything, just the media didn't mention it at all and I do think it's a factor.
 
I wonder if Penrith has started a trend of resting their best players against us in the lead up to finals.

There is such a gap between the top 4 and the bottom 4 that you can play your NSW cup side and still win against the rubbish.

I thought it was Tuilagi's best performance of the year but since he's leaving next season, I agree that he should be sent to reserves.
