Isaiah Papali’i #265

Thanks mate, I have 2 brain aneurysms, and the doctor immediately thought they were bleeding when I had blood in my ear, but the CT showed they were fine, they are running with inner infection at the moment, either way the antibiotics aren't working

I am saddened to hear that mate.just follow what the doctors tell you and don't be afraid to get a second opinion.Take care

Parra are loosing a heap of players , he may be the one they think they can get to backflip so they are doing everything they can behind the scenes , getting in his head , BUT what he needs to understand is they are going to go backwards next year ! Mahoney is a massive loss for them , Tigers are going to rise up Parra slide down

it’s about now 2 put a plan in action. remind them by media that R Matterson was also unwanted n 8th priority signing , n this will only derail there season with BA future on the line. Operation De rail

I expect him not to say he doesn’t know what he’s doing next year after he signed a contract with us. How do you defend that?
I agree 100%.

Is the guy a complete dim wit, does he know what he signed up for?

Pretty sure he couldn't wait to sign on the dotted line after being low balled by the Parra(site) scum and realized he would be getting 3 times what he is currently on.

Yeah I get it, since then he's probably seen that some players are signing bigger deals but that's just the way things happen sometimes, maybe he should have waited a bit longer and backed himself like some other young players like Nanai are doing, which also carries a certain amount of risk with it.

One thing is for certain and that is that he should have no illusions about what his contractual obligations are and if he has any complaints they need to be sent in the direction of his manager who was obviously quite happy to take the 6 or 7% that he skims of the top.

I wouldn't be putting any money on us getting any better in 2023 if i were you.Our roster next year will still be poor even when we get Api and Paps.We need an awful lot more to turn the club around, if anything i think 2023 will see us fighting for the spoon again in an expanded competition.

IF those blokes arrive - We'll get extra out of the blokes that are here....
And they'll be far better than the guys they replaced.
There's plenty of games we win this year with those 2 in our side alone...
There's no other sides that are getting a player injection next year like us outside the dogs.

If Garner decided not to honour his contract with Panthers because Webster has moved on, would we be upset? Would we urge Panthers to take legal action?
Yeah I would, but Garner isn't IP.

Also anyone reneging on a deal, even in our favour, is a bad precedent for Tigers in the long-run.

True, Garner isn’t IP, and Webby leaves for a promotion, while Maguire gets unexpectedly dumped.
The other glaring difference is in the 2 destinations. Garner pretty much knows what’s happening, while Papali’i has had his expectations changed.
However, a renege is a renege.
