I don’t see Tupou being a fullback, he doesn’t talk so can’t see him organizing defensive lines let alone being effective in attack. He also gets snapped when he runs straight so needs some size/muscle.

If I was sheens , and that’s a big if , but this is how I would approach next season . We need to beefy up the forwards 1st , so i would look to try and bring in 2 class backrowers , I believe u need to have 3 to get through a season . I would try to again to get Angus from the rooters , then I like the look of Katoa from the warriors . A strike centre, bring in papas mate from the eels ( think of his name ) he killed us in reggies the other week . Then between now and the end of the season I would have spies at all NSW cup games to identify young players who might fit into are team and who might be looking for a chance to break into 1st grade . But Iam only a ex a - grade coach , but it’s not that hard if u sell them a good picture of what u want to build

Gus very confident of resigning RFM, however our recruitment boss Warren McDonnell is a big fan of Matt Doorey with Doorey good mates with Tommy Talua from Westfields days and obviously trained under Wayne Lambkin there. However just returning from ACL I think.

Yeah I wonder the same thing unless the Club is allowing him to go back to his family in NQ regularly to prevent homesickness. He was carving up for Camden Rams back in May which seems to be the pathways club for some of our Qld juniors including Dotoi, Kiernan Tempest & Junior Taungatua.

Does anyone know what has happened with the ex Keebra Park Qld schoolboys prop from last season Herman Tofaeono?

He played a few of the early rounds of SG Ball for the Magpies (with Dotoi) then haven't seen his name listed anywhere (NSW or Qld). I'm assuming he sustained a long-term injury. He is a powerhouse metre-eating prop in the mould of what we lack in the seniors.

Latrell wants to stay at Souths but it will come down to dollars as i am lead to believe the hooker-Cook wants a longer deal and has been told no. So it will be interesting who leaves and stays at Souths.
According to the next door owner who son play's at Canterbury we are talking to two of there players Doorey and Topine i think that is his name he mentioned seems to think it has progressed.

What about two depth players Lachlan Lam from the roosters and Brayden Musgrove from the knights. Lam can cover half and 5/8 roles and Musgrove can cover centre and wing.

Junior has barely learned to speak in 20 years - He won't be an NRL fullback in this lifetime.

Brooks is a dead set mute but you bang on about how great a 7 he is and that's an even more important position for communication

He’s only contracted for another 2…
He’s barely making a name on the wing - he’s got a million miles to go there, without assuming he’s headed for the spine.
