He’s barely making a name on the wing - he’s got a million miles to go there, without assuming he’s headed for the spine.

Tupou is apparently playing FB in NSW Cup to specifically improve his communication.
I'd like to see him on the wing in FG if I'm honest, but given the FG situation is such a disaster at the moment he's probably better off in NSW Cup.

Does anyone know what has happened with the ex Keebra Park Qld schoolboys prop from last season Herman Tofaeono?

He played a few of the early rounds of SG Ball for the Magpies (with Dotoi) then haven't seen his name listed anywhere (NSW or Qld). I'm assuming he sustained a long-term injury. He is a powerhouse metre-eating prop in the mould of what we lack in the seniors.

He's had an injury, surgery and moon boot.

Seemingly it wouldn't have mattered and he'd not be playing in anycase.

Hes still only young it would be super intimidating trying to to tell grown men where to go on a football field give him some time to grow into his body and give him plenty of time at fullback in reserve grade he can be a star he has a touch of class about him

Didn’t say he hasn’t got class but just don’t see how a quite player will be a good fullback. Winger maybe Center sure.

Re super intimidating Laurie was barking orders last year in his 1st NRL game at fullback.

Players have it or they don’t & some positions we need talkers (Hooker, Halfback and Fullbacks).

I still think there is something doing with Luke Thompson. He has been back home in the UK for family reasons for the past month and now he’s finally back he supposedly still has concussion symptoms. Last game he played was round 12.

Not saying he is coming here but it sure is sus and I’d take him for sure.

TBH i know a lot don't like him but if we could add him at the right price I would not say no. We need some experienced players and not a lot out there.
